I’m Alex, and I help women like you break free from frustrating diets and negative cycles around food and fitness.

I understand how tough it can be to juggle everything in your life and still find time for yourself.

I’ve been there—and I’ve built a proven system that allows busy women to finally achieve sustainable fat loss, better health, and increased confidence.

I used to go to the gym for 2 hours every day, spend hours meal prepping bland chicken and rice and got told if I wanted to see results I had to stop eating chocolate completely - no thank you!

Now I have a little boy, a dog, a partner, a business and a house to look after I make health & fitness fit into my life to ensure I feel good, for good.

Q: Will this actually work for me?

A: This programme is designed with real, busy people in mind. My group coaching has helped many others who were once in the same position as you—feeling stuck and frustrated—and it's built to help you make lasting, manageable changes that get results.

Q: Do I have enough time for this?

A: I understand how busy life can be. That’s why this programme is designed for people like you—who are juggling work, family, and personal commitments. You’ll be amazed at how you can get results by incorporating simple changes into your existing routine.

Q: What if I slip up or lose motivation?

Motivation can be a challenge, but that’s why this programme focuses on building habits and creating systems that work, even when motivation is low. You’ll get support and encouragement every step of the way, so you’re never alone. Plus, I’ll teach you how to make small, achievable goals that keep you moving forward, even on days when motivation is harder to find.

Q: Is this suitable if I have done group coaching with you before? 

It is the same community, accountability and support that you know and love! The habits build gradually over the weeks one by one so you may be more advanced than this however it will just give you an opportunity to really work on & refresh each weeks focus habit to ensure it's cemented into your routine for life. 

Q: What happens when I sign up? 

The week prior your start date you will receive an email to download the app I use to deliver my coaching & join our community chat. There will be a 1 week onboarding period before we begin to introduce yourself to the community, complete forms so I can set your nutrition targets, get goals set & be ready to get going on your start date!  

Q: I'm pregnant, can I join?

It isn't recommended to focus on fat loss in pregnancy so this programme wouldn't be suitable for you, however we can work together via 1:1 coaching. 

Q: I've recently had a baby, can I join?

This programmes workouts aren't designed specifically for post-partum recovery, I would wait until you are 12+ weeks post partum & have been signed off by a women's health physio before joining. If you would like to start sooner, I can help via 1:1 coaching.

Q: I would prefer to do 1:1 coaching with you is this an option? 

I offer premium 1:1 coaching to a very small amount of women on an application only basis. You can find out more & apply here.
