But I have not always had it figured out.
I have lived the extremes. Under eating. Over training. Gaining weight. Losing it whilst following strict diet 'rules'. Scared of carbs. Feeling guilty over chocolate. Hating photos. Starting again every Monday. Wondering if I would ever feel good & stick to this long-term.
I have also had setbacks. From shoulder surgery in 2015. To Hyperemesis in pregnancy where I was bed bound for months. To rebuilding postpartum when I couldn't even walk for five minutes or hold a plank position.
